Telekon is the second solo studio album by Gary Numan. It debuted at the top of the UK Albums Chart in September 1980, making it his third consecutive (and to date, final) No. 1 album. Following the continuing chart success for Gary Numan, the third album Telekon was released and first appeared in the UK music charts in September 1980. Like the preceding album Replicas, Telekon also hit the top spot (No.1) on its chart debut date 13 September 1980. The album spent 11 weeks in the music charts of which 6 weeks were at Top 40 positions. This album last appeared in the music charts in the chart for week commencing 15/11/1980.
Following the chart success of the two singles, the parent album ‘The Fury’ first entered the UK Official Music Charts on 28 September 1985. The following week 05/10/1985 saw the album achieve its highest chart position of No.24. Spending 5 weeks appearing in the music charts, two within the Top 40 and 5 weeks in all in the Top 75. The album’s last chart appearance was in the chart for week commencing 02 November 1985.The Fury is the seventh solo studio album by Numan, originally released in September 1985, it was Numan's second release on his self-owned Numa Records label.
The compilation album ‘The Plan’ was accredited to both Gary Numan and the former Tubeway Army. The collection of tracks entered the UK music charts in the week commencing 06/10/1984 at its chart life peak position of No.29. The compilation appeared in the Top 100 for four weeks in total and was last listed in the charts in the chart for week commencing 27/10/1984.
Sacrifice is the twelfth solo studio album by Numan and was released in October 1994 by Numa Records. The album was later released in the US in 1997 with a different title, 'Dawn', based on the comic book character Dawn. The album Sacrifice appeared in the UK music charts for a single week in the charts for week commencing 05 November 1994. The album spent its one week at the No.94 position.
Issued as a special ‘40th Anniversary Edition’, Numan released ‘The Pleasure Principle (The First Recordings)’. The album appeared for only one week in the UK music charts during the week commencing 24/10/2019 at the No.36 position.
This compilation album, containing previous chart hits from several earlier albums, first appeared in the UK music charts in March 1996 (30/03/1996). The album ‘The Premier Mix’ debuted at its peak position of No.21.Spending 3 weeks appearing in the music charts, two within the Top 40, the album was last listed in the chart for week commencing 13 April 1996. Gary’s album ‘Skin Mechanic’ spent only one week on the UK music charts entering the charts on 28 October 1989 at No.55. The Skin Mechanic is a live album released by Numan during his stint with IRS Records. The album was recorded in 1988 and released in 1989.
Tubeway Army’s first album (self-titled ‘Tubeway Army’) was re-released subsequent to the chart success of the album Replicas and the single Are ‘Friends’ Electric? Tubeway Army (also known as the ‘Blue Album’ or ‘First Album’) entered the charts in August 1979 and appeared for 10 weeks within the Top 100, 7 of which were in the Top 40 of the album charts.

As a reminder, its initial limited-edition run of 5,000 (known unofficially as the Blue Album due to its coloured vinyl and cover) sold out but did not chart. The year 2019 saw the release of a collaborative album with a full orchestra, ‘The Skaparis Orchestra’. Working together with The Skaparis Orchestra, Numan released the album ‘When The Sky Came Down’. The album only appeared for one week in the UK music charts during the week commencing 26 December 2019. The album achieved the chart position of No.51 during its brief music chart life.
The first of two album releases during 1985 ‘White Noise - Live’ entered the UK music charts on the 25 May 1985. The album’s highest chart place was at the No.29 spot on the 20 April 1985. The album spent 5 weeks appearing in the Official Music Charts, 4 of which were within the Top 75.
